To celebrate our Big 3-0, we've teamed up with Cinderlands, our pals in the Strip, to bring you Solabration! IPA.
This brew is a throwback west coast IPA built with Simcoe, Cascade and Chinook hops with a dollop of Idaho 7 hop oil. Tastes like honey on toast in a pine
grove, built on a solid malt structure with grapefruit oil bitterness and subtle orange marmalade. Aromatic enough to complement tropical fruit and spices, bitter enough to balance tropical drink sweetness and malty enough to soften through jerk spice.

From June 2 through June 8, the tropical party continues with a throwback menu featuring some Kaya classics! In 1995 did you say, “See you later alligator?” Good news: The alligator will see you now!
